Allow plenty of time

    The translation quality is directly proportional to time for translation, because translation is a kind of highly complex intellectual work which includes the processes of reading, comprehending, expressing and at the same time has to fulfills the requirements of “fidelity, fluency, and elegancy”. It’s not easy to meet the requirements of “fidelity, fluency” and more difficult to fulfill the requirement of “ elegancy”.  Large amounts and urgent translation task can not result in high quality translation works which also goes against our vocational norms and service principle of “quality first” which we have been pursuing, so please take this into consideration when making agendas.

Give clear and concrete instructions

1. Explain the concrete background and usage of the document translated so that the translators can well grasp the language and culture background.   
2. When make inquiry for quotations Please Provide the final document.
3. As to those documents with high degree of specialization, please provide corresponding supplementary materials (such as previous translation, vocabulary sheet, reference materials and manual) to ensure speedy and exact translation by the staff.  

Clarify responsibilities

1. Yes Translation Corporation promises to guarantee high quality and delivering date of the documents, so the clients have to work out plan, make appointment and provide original documents as early as possible.
2. Yes Translation Corporation will try to keep the same format, terms, grammars as the original documents. As to the obvious and common mistakes in the format, terms, logical and grammar, we will try to correct them as possible as we can, and remind the clients of the mistakes and correct them after the approval of the clients in principle, but we do not take the consequence.  
3. Yes Translation Corporation does not assume the responsibility for source, contents, and usage of the documents, and decline the requests for translating documents which infringe the national interests, and violate the laws and regulations of PRC and international common practice.
4. Yes Translation Corporation keep contents of the documents confidential unless other instruction. The client who has special requests should inform the corporation in advance and sign the Confidentiality Agreement to adopt strict confidential measures.
5. The client who has objections to the translation should make written request to the Corporation within seven days, otherwise additional fees will be charged. 
6. Yes Translation Corporation reserves the ultimate right of interpreting the notice. Welcome inquiry for the matters not mentioned here.
